Through hosting events in our community we hope to achieve these aims:
1. To raise awareness and advocate for individuals and families struggling with eating disorders.
2. To create a sense of community and foster a sense of support.
3. To allow individuals to participate in shaping change in their community.
Join us for a gentle nature walk around Swan Lake with Celeste. This quiet, bird-filled event is intended to be a place to connect a bit with the world beyond eating disorders while offering a low pressure source of connection for people who have (had) eating disorders and their loved ones. No registration required.

VIVED is hosting a special EDAW-themed Eating Disorder Peer Support Group meeting to commemorate national Eating Disorder Awareness Week 2026. This is a biweekly peer-led support group for adults who struggle with disordered eating or eating disorders. Open to all Canadians 18+. No diagnosis or registration required.
